Webinar: “From Trip to Experience: Creating Short-Term Missions” (recording & slides)

Webinar: Short-Term Missions

Many churches do mission trips, often in the summer. These trips – for youth, adults, or both – can be powerful experiences of formation, learning, Christian generosity, and more.

This free webinar offers tips and ideas for making mission trips deeper and long-lasting.  We’ll learn about issues such as:

  • Planning
  • Team building
  • Forming relationships with mission communities
  • Deconstructing the “us helping them“
  • Spiritual growth
  • Fundraising
  • Dealing with teens and technology
  • Big picture thinking about the importance of mission experiences
