Kate Lawson-Hedger (she/her) is a lay minister and an advocate working toward a world where all can flourish. She has directed children’s programs, preached from the pulpit and at the ice cream party on the patio, created small group content, and piloted a pandemic prayer program. With experience in both ministry and fundraising, she has also worked for local, national, and international nonprofit organizations. She holds a Master of Arts in Religion and Culture from Virginia Theological Seminary, where she completed a thesis exploring the intersections of social justice and eschatology. Kate is currently writing a series of children’s books on embodied spirituality.
