Chrissie Crosby (she/her/hers)
Chrissie Crosby (she/her/hers) is a perpetual student of the Bible with an MA in Biblical Interpretation from Virginia Theological Seminary (with honors) in 2014, and a certificate in Theology and the Arts from Wesley Theological Seminary. An artist, poet, and theater lover, she especially enjoys the challenge and education of exploring scripture with others in a wide variety of ways. Chrissie currently works with the Old Testament professors at VTS as an assistant, supporting the students, and leads retreats, Bible studies, and facilitates Sacred Ground circles. In prior lives. she spent a year as an interim associate for family ministries and evangelism, and a much longer time in the US Government as a senior policy analyst, providing information to help US leaders maintain world peace, order, and harmony. (Please note: Biblical interpretation is easier.) Chrissie is married to David Crosby, an Episcopal priest (VTS 2012). They live with their two lovable Labrador rescue dogs, Lazarus and Moses, in Alexandria, VA.
